As a fancy dress company we understand there are many questions that may frequently arise, we want your costume and your experience to be perfect and constantly strive to achieve that. To answer any questions you may have, here is a page of our Frequently Asked Questions. If you find you have an unanswered questions, please refer to our Comments section, where you can ask any questions that we aim to answer as quickly as possible.
Q: Am I able to return a parcel?
A: Yes you can return your parcel, as long as it hasn’t been damaged or used you can return it to our warehouse located at: Unit 17 Shrub Hill Industrial Estate, Worcester, WR4 9EL.
Q: Is there a way I can track my order?
A: If you have chosen a standard delivery method you cannot track your parcel, however we do offer different services such as Expedited International which is a tracked service for customers who order from abroad, this service is at a reduced price of £3.97. 2 Day Premium (£8.97) is another service which offers tracked parcels and is delivered within 2 days. Next day delivery is the most expensive option, priced at £9.97 but is the fastest shipment, and is also tracked.
Q: Do your balloons come inflated?
A majority of our balloons do not come inflated, however our balloons which are sold with sticks we are able to inflate.
Q: Are any items/weapons real?
A: All items are purely fancy dress accessories and are classed as toys. No actual weapons are sold.
